WHY PUT IT ON TAP?

While bottles are acceptable, the real enjoyment comes from having it on tap. The decision is yours. Our bars have the capability to dispense draft beer, cider, as well as still and sparkling wine. The draft system enhances the customer experience by expediting service, reducing considerable waste, and cutting down on your alcohol expenses. And let's not forget how cool this feature is – it's akin to having a mobile craft beer festival.

Is The Alcohol Included?

Because of California law, we're unable to buy or sell alcohol for your event, even on private property. However, there's no need for concern! We aim to simplify the entire process and ensure that we supply everything else you require for your event, with the exception of alcohol. Opting to purchase your own alcohol enables you to choose your preferred brands while staying within your budget.

DO YOU NEED ELECTRICITY?

Our mobile tap trailer, Sophia, is equipped with LED lights that require an external power source to function. However, our compact tap trailer Dorothy remains self-sufficient overall, as she does not rely on external power sources for operating the onboard taps.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Absolutely! We carry comprehensive coverage, including general liability and liquor liability insurance for full-service events, ensuring complete protection. As certified bartenders, we prioritize serving enjoyment in a secure and responsible manner.

CAN THE TAP TRAILERS FIT INDOORS?

Certainly! Our compact tap camper will fit seamlessly into your area, provided you have a doorway or gate that is 67 inches wide.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

Our base location is in the picturesque city of Sacramento, CA. The coverage area for Lushed and Loaded extends up to 30 miles from the zip code 95835 for each of our packages. If you require services beyond this radius, we offer travel options for an additional fee of $2.50 per extra mile. Additionally, we can easily arrange overnight events.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes we do! We reserve the entire day exclusively for your event when you choose to book with us. To confirm your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid, which can be done electronically. The remaining balance is required one week prior to your event, ensuring everything is in order for your special day.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY EVENT?

If the desired rescheduled date is open, and we can meet the original date request, we will gladly accommodate you. The existing payment and cancellation terms will remain in effect. Your initial deposit and outstanding balance will be transferred to the new date.

DOES SET UP AND TAKE DOWN TIME COUNT TOWARDS MY SERVICE TIME?

No, we plan to arrange the arrival at least one hour before the event. The timeframe for setup and teardown is flexible and will be addressed during the consultation. In the event that service hours need to be extended (up to 2 hours), approval from one of the Lushed and Loaded team members is required, and any additional hour fees must be paid before the service can continue. We also implement a last call 20 minutes before the scheduled service end and offer a 15-minute grace period after the event concludes if necessary.
